DISCLAIMER
All products are built as race car components and designed specifically for racing purposes. TRZ Motorsports will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, either direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of any product. If products are used in a manner not intended the user assumes all responsibility and risk. We reserve the right to change specifications on products without prior notice.
SHIPPING
TRZ Motorsports ships standard by UPS or FedEx.
International shipping is available, customer is responsible for all shipping charges and related customs fees. If shipping internationally you must provide a brokerage name and number. Also, if shipping internationally to Canada and you don’t have brokerage information you can make your purchase through Parts Connection (905-643-2101). If paying by credit card or PayPal the purchase must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card and cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Lastly, all shipments over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
TRZ Motorsports has a 30-day return policy and all returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
ALL freight including return freight charges are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable.
TRZ Motorsports will only accept returns on parts that have not been altered, comes in the original package, and appears like new.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
All claims for damages, shortage or loss must be made immediately with the carrier (i.e., UPS or FedEex).
Unfortunately, we cannot make these freight claims for you. You must note any damages to a package upon receipt of the shipment with the carrier.
You may reorder any missing pieces from TRZ Motorsports.
We will send you an invoice for the reordered parts, and you can use this invoice as proof to the carrier of replacement costs.

MISSING PIECES
Although we make every effort to package and ship orders complete, from time to time, a component may be missing. Please check your order once it’s received. Any shortage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Claims made after 72 hours will not be honored.
PAYMENT
TRZ Motorsports accepts multiple forms of payment. However, due to a rising amount of fraud TRZ will require an advanced payment on higher priced orders other than a credit card. Also, we cannot ship to any PO Box whether it’s business or personal. Furthermore, for those interested TRZ now accepts Paypal as a form of payment.
GENERAL
TRZ Motorsports prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice. TRZ Motorsports will not be held liable for misprinted information or price increases on in-house products or vendor products.
